1. About the service

Queenby AutoTrade ("we") provides software that copies trading positions from our own Binance USDT-M Futures account to the Binance account of the user ("you") through an API key you connect yourself. We also show a trading journal, market data and educational articles.

We are not a broker, an investment manager or a financial adviser, and we never hold your funds. Your money always stays in your own Binance account.

2. Trading risk

Trading crypto assets, especially leveraged futures, carries very high risk. Prices can move quickly and against a position, so you can lose part or all of your capital, including through liquidation.

The results on this website are a real record of our account, but past results do not guarantee future results. Results in your account can differ because of position size, execution timing, slippage, fees, funding, the coins you skip and market conditions.

Only use money you can afford to lose.

3. Not a recommendation to buy or sell

Nothing on the website, the dashboard, Queenby News articles or in our messages is an invitation, recommendation or advice to buy, sell or hold any asset. All information is for education and record-keeping.

The decision to subscribe and follow our trades is entirely your own.

4. You stay in control

As a member, you keep full control of your account:

• Choose which coins to follow and which to skip in the Coins menu.
• Set the margin per position, the leverage and the maximum number of positions open at once.
• Close any position yourself at any time, directly on Binance.
• Disconnect at any time by deleting the API key in the dashboard or on Binance.

The settings you choose, including margin and leverage, are entirely your responsibility.

5. API keys and security

You must create an API key with Futures permission only and with withdrawals disabled. We store API keys encrypted and use them only to open, adjust and close positions as part of the service.

You are responsible for the security of your Binance account, email and devices. We are not liable for losses caused by a hacked account, an API key leaked on your side, or permissions set differently from our guide.

6. Payments and no refunds

Membership is paid in advance for the plan you choose. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period.

All payments are final and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to losing trades, stopping use of the service before the plan ends, configuration mistakes, Binance outages or changing market conditions.

Membership starts when the payment is confirmed. Renewals are made with a new payment and added to the time remaining.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Execution can be delayed, fail or fill at a different price because of internet or server problems, Binance restrictions, API changes or market conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect loss arising from use of the service. In no case does our liability exceed the membership fee you paid for the current period.

8. Personal data

We keep the data the service needs: name, email, WhatsApp number, payment history, transfer receipts, your encrypted API key and your account's trading data. Data is never sold and is used only to run the service, contact you and meet legal obligations.

9. Changes to these terms and the service

We may change these terms, features or prices at any time. The latest version is always on this page, with the update date at the top. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the latest version.

10. Agreement

By registering an account, making a payment or using Queenby AutoTrade, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all of these Terms & Conditions, including the trading risk and the no-refund policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If this English version differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version prevails. Questions can be sent via WhatsApp.
